How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Most of our products are in stock so we can provide immediate availability. Your order will ship within 24/48h after we have received your payment.

Shipments to Spain - 1 or 2 working days.
Shipments to Portugal - 1 or 2 working days.
Shipments to Europe - from 3 to 7 working days according to destination.
Shipments to the Rest of the World - will might take up to 15 working days according to destination though to most countries it might not take more than 10 working days.

Please, note that we cannot not take responsibility for any courier delays that might occur in in your delivery once it has been sent.


How much will it cost to ship to my country?

Shipping costs start at 8,95 Euro to every EU country and can vary according to total weight of the package and the location of your country. During checkout you can choose your preferred shipping method available.
The final shipping cost will be shown to you before you place your order.


Are your packages discreet?

DEFINETELY. www.tenga-eu.net values your privacy. All packages are shipped in a discreet plain brown box without any marks of what is inside.


How can I pay for my order?

You can pay for your by Credit Card or Bank Transfer.

www.tenga-eu.net uses Visa Verisign, a Secure Credit Card system for payments that warrantees your security.


Can I have my order wraped as a gift?

Of course, just let as know in the comments section of your order, and we will wrap it for free.


Can I return my order?

We want 100% satisfied customers, and we can happily say that our customers are very satisfied with our products. But for the rare case that a customer would like to return his product we have a return policy:

1. The goods must be unused.
2. The goods must be in their original condition & packaging.
3. The goods must be received back within 14 days from the day you received your order.
4. The goods must not be a part of a special offer.

If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met then we reserve the right to return the goods to you.
